DiviWings App

Divi Divi Air is small family owned airline company that is geared towards middle aged men and women, ages 35 to 55, who travel frequently and value honesty when it comes to choosing their product. The recent introduction of new airplanes has given the company a face lift by providing technological advances giving them a competitive advantage on the market. Divi Divi Air values loyalty and customer service, always striving to keep their customers happy. An article published in Consumer Psychology notes that airline loyalty programs enhance the sense of well-being and self-esteem. Customers feel wanted and needed by these airlines and are rewarded with personal benefits that enhance their sense of reputation. Divi Divi Air plans to provide their customers with a loyalty program and application. This project displays a fully designed company app that focuses on their loyalty program, “DiviWings”. The app is designed to make customers more inclined to plan future trips and increase the number of accumulated miles. The design approach for this is to maintain the company’s primary colors but adding in more shapes and modern typefaces. Besides the loyalty program, the app will also give the customers the option to book flights, keep track of their trips and provide a mobile check-in. Their goal is to gain new loyal customers and reassure old customers that their loyalty is rewarded.
